TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:
We want you to be completely
satisfied with the beauty and quality of your sculpture. If you are not
completely satisfied with the beauty and quality of your sculpture, North
River Mint will refund the full amount of your purchase to your
credit card, no questions asked.
Your only obligation is to ship the art work back to us in the same
pristine condition as it was received by you.
It should be wrapped securely in the same bubble packaging so as
not to acquire any defacing or scratches to the surface.
It will not be accepted for refund if these terms are not met
satisfactorily. The product must be shipped from your premises in no more
than 5 (five) business days from the time of your receiving delivery from
North River Mint by UPS. Be certain to add the appropriate amount of
insurance.
Important information about returns: If returning your purchase, it is necessary to have an
authorization number marked on the package, which can be obtained by
calling our toll free number (1-800-914-908).
Without an authorization number on package, your shipment will be
refused. Collect shipments are not acceptable and will be refused. |
